By interacting with ORDE via WhatsApp channels, Web POS, the desktop till, or the Cloud Dashboard, users and restaurants agree to the binding terms of the platform.

Tenants may operate in End-to-End mode (where ORDE manages the till, kitchen displays, and delivery tracking) or Integration mode (where ORDE acts exclusively as the WhatsApp ordering channel feeding an existing third-party system).

Restaurant owners and branch managers are strictly accountable for maintaining accurate menu availability, active pricing, and branch-specific operating controls through the Cloud Dashboard.

Every human, automated, or AI-driven action is permanently recorded in an uneditable audit log. User sessions automatically expire every 15 minutes, refreshing credentials on a rotating basis to enforce real-time role checks.

ORDE functions as a restaurant operating system and is not liable for disruptions caused by external third-party courier failures, third-party payment gateway outages, or local branch internet connectivity losses.
