1. Acceptance
By creating an Orde account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Orde provides a WhatsApp-based ordering, AI reply, and analytics platform for restaurants. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.
3. Billing
Pricing is per successful order as stated on the pricing page. Fees are invoiced monthly. Disputed charges should be raised within 30 days.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your menu, prices, and stock accurate.
- Respect WhatsApp's commerce and messaging policies.
- Honor orders and refunds as promised to your customers.
5. Data & privacy
Your use of customer data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable local law.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Orde's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm customers.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
