Orde ("we", "us", "our") helps restaurants take direct orders on WhatsApp. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
2. Data we collect
- Restaurant account information (business name, contact, branches).
- Customer order data sent through WhatsApp (name, phone, address, order items).
- Conversation transcripts to enable AI ordering, escalation, and analytics.
- Usage data and logs for security and platform health.
3. How we use data
We use data to process orders, enable AI replies, route deliveries, surface analytics to the restaurant, and improve the service. We never sell your customer data.
4. Data ownership
You own your customer data. You can export it or request deletion at any time by contacting hello@orde.tech.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and is logged.
6. Third parties
We use WhatsApp Business API (Meta), our cloud provider, and AI model providers strictly to deliver the service.
